What Are The Precautions For Cnc Machining?CNC machining is a precise and complex process that requires careful attention to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Here are some key precautions to consider: 1.Before processing each procedure, it is necessary to strictly confirm whether the tool applied is consistent with the program. 2. When installing the tool, confirm whether the length of the tool and the selected tool holder are appropriate. 3. It is forbidden to start the door during the operation of the machine tool to avoid flying knife or workpiece. 4. In case of knife collision during processing, the operator must stop immediately, such as pressing the "emergency stop" button or the "reset key" button or adjusting the "feed rate" to zero. 5. In the same workpiece, it is necessary to keep in the same area each time when setting the tool, so as to ensure the accuracy of the tool when receiving the tool, and the operation rules of CNC machining center. 6. If excessive machining allowance is found during machining, it must be milled off manually after clearing the values of X, y and Z with "single section" or "pause", and then swing back to "zero" to let it run by itself. 7. During self operation, the operator shall not leave the machine tool or check the operation status of the machine tool regularly. If it is necessary to leave halfway, relevant personnel must be designated to check. 8. Clean the aluminum slag in the machine tool before the oil injection of the light knife to prevent the aluminum slag from absorbing oil. 9. Try to blow with air in the roughing procedure, and spray oil in the light knife procedure. 10. After the workpiece is off the machine, it must be cleaned and deburred in time. 11. When off duty, the operator must make timely and accurate handover to ensure that the subsequent processing can be carried out normally. 12. Before shutdown, ensure that the tool magazine is in the original position and the XYZ axis is in the middle position, and turn off the power supply and main power supply on the operation panel of the machine tool in turn. 13. In case of thunderstorm, the power supply must be cut off immediately to stop working. By following these precautions, you can minimize risks, improve machining accuracy, and extend the lifespan of your CNC equipment. |
