Waip-Tech strictly follow the ISO9001 quality management system to continuously improve and optimize the corresponding management and quality control processes for all customized processing from prototype to production, including raw material supply to production and shipping.
At the same time, our quality inspection department is equipped with professional testing equipment and experienced staff. When the products are sent to the testing department, the relevant inspectors will use measuring tools to test the products according to a series of quality inspection processes (such as three-dimensional testing), and eliminate low-quality products in each testing process to ensure the quality of the final products.

1. Technological Assessment
Before the production stage begins, Waip-Tech’s engineering team will make a technical evaluation of your part design. This includes the evaluation of important factors such as materials, surface finish, structure, technology and other details of 3D and 2D drawings.
2. Material Verification
According to customer's requirements, Waip-Tech provides certification of materials used to manufacture your parts.
1. On-site Inspection
In precision machining, the machining material must always be in the right position. Using the on-site inspection system, the position can be automatically checked and adjusted accordingly. Using the on-site inspection system helps to avoid problems at an early stage, thus saving cost and time.
2. In-process Quality Control
At Waip-Tech, we strictly abide by the requirements of ISO9001:2015. Quality control personnel carry out routine inspection on all parts being produced during the production process. This further prevents the occurrence of risks.
1.Finished Part Size Inspection
For all orders, Waip-Tech provides inspection reports as required. The report will include the following contents: number of parts, key dimensions, thread and tolerance, thickness and depth, appearance of parts, etc.
2.Package
It is very important to ensure that the parts Waip-Tech manufactures have the highest quality. We know that logistics is unpredictable.
Therefore, we ensure that the risk of parts is reduced in the packaging process. Two-layer protection: 1. Foam 2. Paper/wooden cases are used in the packaging process to ensure that we deliver the best and most beautiful parts to you.
